good veterinarian in LA area?

my 4 year old beagle ruptured a disc and the bill is $3000 they won't do the surgery without the money and I was looking at getting a payday loan but I've never done that, does anyone have any other ideas? or anyone know a good vet in the sanbernadino/orange county area that would take payments ? and the gin-1 maroon plain leaf is C94PMR

Hey all!

Gotta question regarding cleaning off of rust! I know a lot of people use something such as Flitz to clean off rust specs and whatnot; but AFAIK this renders the knife unable from food prep (as Flitz is toxic :P), so my question is:

Is there a food-safe method to rust removal?

yeah, I just received an email from knifeworks asking for the deposit. And I believe the m4 g10/ti millie is exclusive to them.
