my 4 year old beagle ruptured a disc and the bill is $3000 they won't do the surgery without the money and I was looking at getting a payday loan but I've never done that, does anyone have any other ideas? or anyone know a good vet in the sanbernadino/orange county area that would take payments ? I'm getting desperate
