This reminds me of the one time i actually slapped a girl. I was about 12 years old or so and was at an all night skating rink. There was this guy whos girlfriend decided she liked me better..you know how that goes. Well, his new girlfriend didn't like me for some reason and started some crap...it ...

I'm not sure I could keep my cool like this guy did. Kudos to him for not hitting a few girls. If someone stole from my pregnant girlfriend/wife then proceeded to hit her. I would have to deliver an *** whooping of some sort but that's just me. Im just ...

This gent was featured on the Foodnetwork show Good Eats:

thebladesmith.com/

I have never used their service and I am not affiliated with them at all. I simply did a google search and they came up. I do however remember the Good Eats episode. :)

Very cool and thanks for the 411.

I will ...

It snowed here today in Georgia. If I heard the news guy correctly, it's the first time it's snowed here on Christmas Day since the late 1800s. It was kind of cool.

I think that's cool. Personally, I'd never give my 4 yo son a knife, but that's only because I'd never hear the end of it from his mom.

Too bad you're having a bad experience with your Sage. I suggest you contact Spyderco's customer service, as this obviously isn't normal. My Sage 1 hasn't chipped so far.

I will for sure. I was shocked. I even went back through the trash to see if there was any staples or wiring in the boxes that ...

Today my Sage 1 was my EDC, but since the blade chipped out after doing nothing more than cutting cardboard, it's going back in the box and in the closet for good. Very disappointed in the blade.

Chipped out my Sage 1

I haven't had the knife for even a week and today, while cutting up cardboard boxes that my sons toys came in, I noticed a chip in the blade. First time I've used the knife.

Is that something that can be ground out? Anyone know of a reputable knife sharpener in the metro Atlanta area?

This ...

Where can one go to read more about this drama? I have a couple of bids on knives from him, but am nervous now.

Yeah that was an internet hoax back in like 2006...The incident I'm referring to happening in the late 80's early 90's. The county police were on alert for this type of gang behavior, there were no fatalities as I can recall, but people were being beaten in their driveways in this method. And there ...

The deal was if someone would flash them with their own high beams to let them know that they had theirs on....they would then follow that person home and individuals from the gang would beat that person up when they existed their cars in their driveway...It was some sick initiation thingy for the ...

Luckily I've never been put in an SD situation where I had to fight off 8 guys with my bare hands and mad kung fu skills.

However, I did save $ 300 by switching to Geico today.

Kel Tec PF9 owners?

I'm looking at getting one here in the next few weeks. It's an affordable carry conceal, but I've had limited time at the range with one.

Anyone here own one? Thoughts?

I find the white screen usually occurs only if the search would have returned a huge number of hits.

Thanks for the 411 on the forum knives.

And yeah, the white screen is what I kept getting. I was also on in the middle of the night/early morning, when I was doing the search, so I thought maybe ...

The search function is busted

so that's why I'm asking this question:

How many Spyderco Forum, forum knives have there been? Also, are they a yearly thing now? If so, how hard is it to come by one when they are announced?

1200, broken into two seperate 600 runs i believe :)

its still a greta knife!

That's cool. Thanks for the info.

It just seems to be harder to find than the green one, so that's what got me curious. I don't "collect" in the sense that I buy and put them away (unfortunately I don't have the ...

I found a Delica 4 ZDP 189 with Blue FRN handles today and picked it up. Was just wondering how "limited" the knife is. The BRG version seems to be easily available. It seems a lot harder to find the blue.

I hear ya. I don't see the sharing of such information among a community that has specific shared interest as necessarily a bad thing. Not everyone has the time or inclination to search out all corners of the internet for the best price. Those that find the deals want to share the wealth, so to ...
