Did anybody tried to change the M2 clip with a E/D black?

My purchase depends on this, I really do not like polished clip on this kind of "hard use" knife.

Can't see this being a problem for anyone. Either way the knife is over 3" and under 3.5". As far as I know, at least here in the USA, there are no jurisdictions where 80mm would be legal and 83mm would not. If it were 80mm and labeled as 76mm, that would be a different story.
