Post by PaloArt »

With this, I want to express thanks to spyderco customer service, actually to Charlyn from SCS team... ;) Now I have replacement for lost screws.

Many, many (so many that I don´t know how to express that) thanks Charlyn for sending new screws, you have saved live of my tenacious! They are all perfect and sits. No loctite needed! And special thanks for catalogs, now I can droll over pics of spydies without internet. I love looking on pictures of knives (it´s addiction).
Tenacious is working again...

I love spyderco! SPYDERCO and it´s customers service FOREVER!!!!!!!!

Again many thanks,

Pavel V.

A big thumbs up for Spyderco Repair

I just recently got to talk to Charlyn in repair in the past week. I was telling her about the very unusual corrosion I got on my ZDP,Caly Jr. and as it turns out they want to look at it. She was as nice of a person as you could possibly ask for. They sure have a great company representive with her on staff.

That's why I'm at this Forum more than any other. It just reflects what the entire company is all about. A huge thumbs up for Charlyn

A while back, I sent my SE Tasman to Golden for a re-sharpening (I had really hacked up the Tasman's teeth). Before it was sent back to me, Charlyn made sure it met her sharpness standards. Apparently, it didn't, so she sent it back down to W&R have the teeth re-cut. This would have cost me $20, but it was free. Thanks, Charlyn!

This is very encouraging, it's so important to have a competent CS dept. (unlike where I work, it would be a joke if it weren't so sad ). I hope to never have to use this service Spyderco offers, but something tells me that my current behaviour is sure pushing me that direction
learning it the hard way...

I would like to say thank you for Charlynn for her help to fix my Sage some weeks ago!

I'm at Hungary, despite the huge distance to Golden she helped me!

Thanks again!

All people are great at W/R department!

Spyderco seems to employ only folks who really like their job and are really nice. I've not dealt with anybody at Spyderco who is not super nice and willing to go out of their way.

Charlynn is super nice and has helped me out many times.

Thanks Spyderco!!! Image

Over the summer, I picked up a new Paramilitary D2. The blade seemed a little crooked, and it didn't open or lose as smoothly as my other Spydercos. I drove to the SFO and showed it to the woman working the counter. Two minutes later, she handed me a new Paramilitary and just said, "Here you go!"
