Hi Spydergeorge. Just as a matter of interest. I also am not from the USA. Who do you order your knives from in the States? I would like to order direct from the USA as well. Do you order direct from Spyderco?
Never sell my :spyder: knives.

My first for 2009 will appropriately be some nice Kopas :D :p .... along with a couple of others of course !!!

Will be concentrating on more Kopa in 2009 than anything else as well as the forgotten Spydies (for me these are FB's as I currently have no Spydie FBs for either the kitchen, BBQ or garden !!!). I will be remedying this in 2009 :p

Came home from work, last night and went to the computer.
There sitting in front was a Christmas present,I thought what??
The wife and I don't buy presents for each other,as we would be just as happy to have the kids come home for a few days.

I read the card, it says "A little surprise from your Missus, because she loves you" It sures as heck was a surprise  for this old bugger doesn't deserve anything, all he does is work, sleep and spend time on the computer looking at Spydies, and reading the blog. If at all, she should be the one, with the gift. The gift, is a Bob Lum Chinese folder! all I can say is its a real beauty of knife, from a real beautiful wife. :D

Oh the reason it was late arriving, was the back log in the Post Office.

Waiting for the Micro Dyad! Should be here monday I hope.

For the end of 2008 I got a White Endura!

My Spyderco Obsession had slowed a bit, but I just jumped back in of sorts with Perrin, Lava, UKPK, Endura, MicroDyad in a few short months.

I'm starting the year off right. I received 2 PE Khalsas and my Native 4 this year so far.

If you want to get picky, I paid for them all last year, but they didn't arrive until 2009.

Right at the end of 2008, my brother-in-law wanted my PE Tenacious pretty bad and I've been bugging him about his SS Calypso Jr for a few years now, so we traded. It's been a real good week for sure and a great start to the new year.

Now if only I could keep up that rate of acquisition without going broke :) Well, we can all dream.

I have two Endura 4 FRN knives coming one SE and one PE. I also have a Tasman PE I'm planning on getting and maybe a few small knives. I'm thinking a Dragonfly and a couple of ladybugs (mainly when the new H1 ladybug comes out.
