I’ve got C53 Peter Herbst, plain edge. ATS-55, aluminium handle, made in Seki, Japan. Beautiful folding knife :)

Now, I have a favour to ask of you – where can I read more about this :spyder: ? There is little or no good links in google.

what is the sharpest out of the box spydie you have had?

which spydie have you personally or had a professional (krein regrind?) gotten to be the shapest?

did that knife beat out any of the new out of the box razor sharp spyies?

In Russia, a lot of perfect custom knifemakers, and knife-handicraft industry.
I like small "well-dressed" knives, and I displaed some of them :)

2. Buteful non-folding knife from knifemaker A.Sobko, Belarus.
Horn of elk, buffalo horn, mosaic pin, beads made of cow-horn. Do not know the steel.

As collector I'm interested in the answer too ... and I have some more questions for this special Enduras:
- only black frn?

Ann,

I recall that generally there were two groups of knives in former CCCP:

household knives and cheap folders made of thin metal which you could legally own
and second military knives, or knives with locks, which were "numbered" and could be owned on a special permission

Thanks :) This knife designed and handmade by knifemaker. For me, it looks like Bob Lum design (Chinese Folder). One of my "frequent" EDC, like Small Sebi (CRK) and different Delicas.
