my vote/guess is that it was fromerly a combo blade, and someone got happy witht he grinder....i see a lot of questionable gunk in the grooves of the handle....yikes!

um, well karen, they are, um, for, you know....diving. if i am thinking of the same probe.

it can also be used for ...stabbing things beyond reach! like balloons

I like the Liner Lock just because of the unique sound and feel when opening/locking. BUT my Millie and Chinese Folder are the most 'blade-play' knives i have. they are fun to open, but the 'users' are all lock-backs

I am at the tail end of a very patient wait. just sharpening, 6 knives. they received them on 8 FEB, and i HOPING they get home tomorrow. I have spoken w/ Amanda a couple times, seems a portion of this time was waiting for a box to ship them back to me.

I wish the Assist 2 had the same 'bells n whistles' as the Assist 1. I would love to have the full fledged blade (Ass2) with the glass breaker, that would make it a candidate for EDC....

I'm thinking to vote the Remote Release (attached to a belt loop, between right front pocket and gig-line): it always seemed to be more of a worker to me. Always provided with ultimate access (gravity assited), when one-handed operatation is essential, and body contortion seems to affect access less ...

I guess the factor i consider is the ease of manufacturing a modular product: the idea that the only difference between the Delica 4 trainer, SE, PE, CE, Waved is the mixture to color the FRN, therefore cheaper to make.

I am pretty sure Spyderco considers these things because my Centofante 4 ...

Correct me if I am wrong but have i not seen Red handled Endura's in the past? FRN clip, and Red Clip-It's. and Ladybug's or Jester's(I realize that's stretching), besides isn't Blue universally considered the color that ID's something inert? :confused:
