I would like a G10 handled ATR. The machined out holes would look great in G10. My favorite handle is the yojimbo, as it is an elaborate shaped G10 handle. Would have to be a different lock mechanism though, which would have to take away from the very cool ATR design.
I really like composites.

Photo Request: CE Endura 4

Does anyone have pics of the Endura 4 Combo Edge? I'd like to see how much of the blade is serrated/plain. Thanks.

I find it interesting how different everyones individual preference is. My Spyderco collection includes mainly G-10 scale models, with just a couple of FRN models. I won't buy a model with aluminum or especially steel scales. I am looking forward to making the Calypso 3 part of my collection ...

I would buy one for sure.
Every Spyderco knife I own has G-10 scales. And I won't have it any other way. I think the best addition to my collection would be a G-10 Endura. I am sure it would become my EDC.

I am a helicopter structures mechanic, and regularly see carbon fiber used in structural applications. These applications are purely structural, and are not in areas of potential impact or wear. Light and strong it is, but not impact resistant, or wear resistant. I am humoured by all the buzz around ...

What about a LARGER version of the Yojimbo, with a g-10 handle in the same GREEN COLOUR as the Lil' T.
My EDC is a Yojimbo, and even with the rather wedge like profile of the handle, I sometimes have to check and see if it is still in my pocket. It is just that comfortable to carry.

I agree that it is not a topic worth speaking on, in regards to comparing the flaws of two countries.

That is what I had envisioned. A Calypso Jr blade and the same handle shape. But a lighter all metal knife by using a skeletonized aluminum handle. I'm sure you get the idea.

I second this. I love my R2, but I would carry it more if it was the size of a Calypso jr.

Very nice. Is that a black blade? I lightly wiped cooking oil on my black blade Lum Tanto, and wiped all the excess off. It makes it look great.
