Re: S110V UKPK ETA ?
Knifeworks got 10 more in today too. Seems like the 50 piece per month factory runs Sal talked about are getting shared out as they come off the line. Mine are on the way too! :D

Re: Urban K390 in stock
****, why not go the whole hog and do the lil' Squeak in K390 too! Now that ones a Maniago knife so they have the tooling setup. I know the tiny blade wouldn't do the steel justice but it would put a big smile on my face!! :D :D

Re: S110V UKPK ETA ?
Amber over at Knifeworks just told me that they only got 3 in the delivery, so you and Spydergirl got the first two! Should be one left for someone to nab! Good luck!elena86 wrote:Thank you Spydergirl ! Order placed and confirmed.I am so excited :eek:Spydergirl88 wrote:Just ordered one from Knifeworks

Re: S110V UKPK ETA ?
Knifeworks are currently showing out of stock but i'm just about to cancel my order so there'll be one available shortly.
(i'm only cancelling as they have a $100 minimum international order and can't fulfil my 2 knife order! Gutted!)

Re: Another Military Thread
...or even until a Military 2 model may be released with a stronger locking mechanism ... I think it's maybe close to a decade since I've been waiting myself for the Millie 2 w/ stop lock to be released, it might be wiser to just get a Military now (regardless of the steel) instead of just waiting ...

Quick comparison of the BB forum Urban and the K390 as promised.... http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f11/nomad1cutlery/K390Urban/IMG_0314_zpsbmoorjk3.jpg As has been mentioned previously the tip is slightly lower on the K390 that gives the impression that it is longer and has a thinner grind but th...

Re: Do I need a millie?
Do you need a millie? Yep. 100%. It's a big lump of a knife but it epitomises the Spyderco philosophy: elegant design that's as simple as possible (but no simpler), top quality workmanship and well chosen materials. Yes, at first look, is too big to be anywhere near practical (at least it is here in...

Got mine out of jail yesterday after paying the customs ransom! Hold on in there Possum, I feel your pain! Just gonna clean the fluff out of my BB Forum Urban then post a comparison but my first impressions are that the back spring is a bit weaker and the ergo's (blade to scales angle) have been twe...

Re: Urban K390 in stock
Some people like to stick their knives in a large apple and leave them there. Some like to coat the blades with yellow mustard or ketchup. Some like vinegar to dip their knives in. With vinegar, you can simply hang the blade over a container of vinegar without dunking it. It will gradually patina. ...

Re: Urban K390 in stock
... the British Blades forum urban in elmax which is pretty much perfect in every way. Actually, one thing that would make the urban (and the rest of the slipit fam) 100% perfect (if you're listening, Sal!) would be a lanyard hole. I much prefer these little ones to sit in the bottom of my pocket s...
