In terms of what I would consider to be the most awesome thing Spyderco could ever release, it would be a beefed up Delica. Delica is the perfect edc knife IMO... so just make whats already great, better.

Whether it gets the sebenza treatment with Ti, pivot bushings and a framelock OR the Para 2 ...

You guys that a lubing that area are actually making it worse, not better. The best way to make it stick less is to get it as clean as possible. Take a q-tip dipped in acetone, or rubbing achocol, and clean the tang where the lock engages, and keep doing it till its spotlessly clean.

Batman probably does have a Paramilitary 2 in his utility belt somewhere. I guess Robin got the old Paramilitary hand-me-down.

In regards to modifying your Paramilitary, you should check out this video on YouTube, of a guy who did this on his. It appears to have worked fine. His YouTube handle is "BLUNTRUTH4U".

I have the CF Stretch as well, and I'm not sure if my situation is really the same as yours or not. On mine, when I opened the blade there was an audible scratching sound, from the blade tang on the liner. I'd have to give another recommendation for the Stretch 2. In my opinion it's the best folder Spyderco has produced. I have the carbon fiber version, but am considering getting the other 2 versions as well, just because I like it so much. Overall length is just right, it's smaller than an Endura ...

I'll give another vote for VG-10. I do carry a ZDP CF Stretch as well, but I'm finding myself timid to use it on some things for fear of staining. I've never had any ZDP staining or rust or anything like that, its just the general opinion of its easy staining that keeps me from using it on ...

I'll second JD's opinions on FRN, its a great durable material. I've carried an Endura 2 for many years working in a warehouse. It's been scraped, dropped, thrashed, and severely abused because I once considered it my beater knife.

But after resharpening the blade, and maybe replacing the pocket ...
