On most of my PM2's I've notice that the bevel is a little wider on one side (normally the logo) side than the other and that it changes from the ricasso to the tip. I've been sharpening mine on my Wicked Edge to about 17-18 degree's per side which seems pretty close to the factory angles on mine.

Tell me about the Oxi Clean treatment, how to?..... I was going to bead blast mine but I like how yours turned out!

Sure no problem, I wrote up a post about it here:

Awesome, looks great! I received the same scales recently, one in plain and one in honeycomb. I went with black PM2 guts on the honeycomb and satin for the smooth set. I got all the parts with a plain finish then I applied an Oxi Clean finish.

Here are my results:

I had the same problem recently with a custom PM2 scale. Order them on the longer side, you can always use a Dremel or small file to shorten them. That's what I had to do. It only took a few minutes though and got the exact length I needed for a perfect fit.

I have some of his aluminum PM2 scales and the quality is exceptional. The guy really knows his way around a mill. They may be a little on the pricey side but the PM2 is a great knife and I'm sure these ti scales will bring it to a whole new level. I have one of each of the ti in the mail already ...

I dislike:

FRN
Wire clips
Serrations of any kind
Short blades with big handles

Love my Millies and Ti Sage though!

A yellow Millie would look so cool!

My orange Millie got scummed up but a toothbrush with some regular dish soap and water cleaned it right up.

I just got a Digicam Millie and was disappointed to see that the blade was totally rubbing on one side. I used LotTEC's instructions and it centered up beautifully! Thanks man!
