Long time away from here. The last four years have been a wild ride. I am glad to be back here.

I found this going through my stash. It is the 2002 forum Knife with the compression lock. If I remember this one had lock issues and most were not sold.

Taz or Sal please refresh my old memory about ...

Had a package scheduled for regular delivery, nothing special in the delivery. It sat at the local facility for three days before it was delivered. Only took the normal delivery time frame BUT way did it sit for three days??????

I would have to say the burgundy handled Vesuvius with the compression lock.

I have a couple of his older models back before Benchmade and the ghetto thing.

Well,.... I was in the news today.

Some guy robbed a bank and tried to run from the cops.
100+ down the interstate with a load of cops running lights and sirens.

I was in the center lane passing an 18 wheeler and a couple of cars.

Next thing I see is there is a car coming up fast from behind ...

Got off the phone a while ago with the director I would be working for.

They want me to fly out to Flagstaff for a 'face to face' interview. Went through the phone interview earlier in the week, so....

Been out of work since March so I really need this.

While I was an EMT I carried a matriarch, just in case I needed it for a seatbelt.

I would of liked to get one.
But no work = no $$ for extras.

I had a couple of nibbles but nothing yet.

I didn't get one but, since I am out of work, I don't have the cash to cover one. I guess I'll just have to hope to find one after I find a job.

Dang, I go to a job interview and this happens.

I am both sorry and glad that the run sold out. This means I'll have to start looking for one when the cash is in my pocket. But this is the only missing forum knife in my collection. :(

YES, the only issue for me is I'm still unemployed.

I guess I'll have to really look at the checking account this weekend. Wish me luck on having enough $$$.

I know that I did the right time for him. We lost his mate a couple of years ago and I have been waiting for this day but not looking forward to it.

We have two other dogs, three cats and a goat. :D So the house is not empty.

Just got back in from putting my dog down. He was the dog in my avatar.

Had the guy for 13 years. Most Pyrenees only make it to 8 or so.

Vet asked if I needed him to come out here NEXT WEEK to check him out. NO BUTT HEAD I Needed you out here today. I had to do it myself.

IIRC the police knife was fewer than 200 pieces
The Blue G-10 BFC knives were 200 for the collectors and 300 for the forum, PE and PS. They did not sell all of the 300 pieces. The engraving was pollished off/never done and about 100-150 knives were sold without the markings.

My church had to set a rule that guns (paint ball, nerf, rubberband) were no longer allowed on site. There were too many showing up for after church show and tell that turned into nerf wars.
