Leatherman, several models. I like the SideClip, Rebar, P2, and Freestyle. I always have a Micra with me.

Leatherman Micra, always. Love that little tool. Just wish they weren't so easily lost. I would prefer a small pocket clip on one. I don't attach it to my key chain, as I hate having a bunch of stuff with my few keys, and I don't always have my keys with me.
