Dealing with pivot play when there is no screw

Hi,

on stainless steel handle and many FRN handle there is no screw to deal with any lateral or vertical play in the pivot area.

how do you deal with that yourself ?

Is it getting worse with time or is it stabilizing?

Any cure ?

cheers
