it's still one of my favorite knives, actually the temperance and the perrin both are

I just received my second temperance from Sierra today, and it is a much tighter fit in the kydex, although with use, I would expect it to loosen up somewhat. Gotta watch those spyders, they will bite if you don't pay attention ;)

I think you will have problems with the knife falling out from kydex if you use it upside down. I have seen the Al Mar SERE fixed blade with kydex sheath has a rubber piece that goes over the handle to help keep the knife in the sheath when carried upside down. I have two of the temperance fixed ...

interesting, just checking on my temperance orders at Sierra and they have been shipped, and the website is now listing a few serrated and plain models left, but both almost gone.........and they raised the sale price from $39 to $49. They must have found a few serrated ones or maybe some were ...

I like mine so much I bought a second one to have just in case I ever lose the first one. This knife was actually my intro to Spyderco and I have purchased several different ones since, but this is my favorite.
