You've got to wonder why, what in the world would someone do with it.

I've been in the "people business" in one form or another all my life and it gets harder everyday to deal with them.

Thoughts are with you and your wife.

I would like to know the mind set of anyone who would feel the need to distance themselves from you after they find out what you do for a living. .

I also wonder why the animals you have to watch continue to live while others (12 miners in WV) leave us all too soon.

Stay safe

I thought of using 45s or most any hand gun cartridge. That would shorten the length of the lanyard some.

Made this incorporating a spent 300 Sav. casing. I kind of like it but let me know what the rest of you think.

No plans to bug out here. I live on a side road about a half mile long in a rural community. On this road there are six houses. We have a carpenter, electrician, a retired machinist with a full shop, a farmer and women folk that can cook and sew. We all stockpile and we all hunt and have the land to ...

Do a search on ebay for 'mini compass' and you'll find the clip-on compasses. They also go well on a watchband. They're a chinese copy of the Suunto clipper compass and I've found them to be accurate enough for use as a backup to a higher quality compass. I haven't seen any watches that could be ...

I'll keep it alive with a question for Stormdrane. On your blog you show pictures of survival bracelets with a clip on compass. Could you share where they come from and do you know of any watches that would clip on the same way?

Thanks in advance,
