I waited years before I bought the Military. I kept reading on forums how great it was, but I resisted.
Of course, I finally bought one (black s30v blade, black G10) and it became my favorite knife. It's a big knife, but it carries much smaller.

I would love a Spyderco silver oz coin.

I only carry/collect plain-edge.

Nice. I love things that glow.

I've been in to knives for a long time. I've admired Sal and his family, as well as his Spyderco employees for a long time.
I'd just say "You all rock!" and "Thanks for what you have contributed to the knife community." and "Sal, you are one cool dude."

I'd hate to give up my Manix 2 XL.... but if I had to pick one, I'd keep the S30V Military.

We use Breakfree CLP for our guns and knives.
