I don't understand with all the bad feelings/PR, why don't they at least hire a temp to answer the phone and e-mails? We are not talking about brain surgery here. This smells of being too cheap.

The Ronin is a very nice knife. I've been tempted to buy one, but the thin tip is a concern of mine. Does anyone know what, if anything Spyderco would do to solve a broken tip on it provided it was broken under normal use?
