I ordered my Caly 3 SB on the 23rd from KW. Order status still has not changed from pre order. :/ I hope I wasn't too late. I literally ordered as soon as I found out these things were available. I missed out on the 3.5s, really hope the 3 lands on my doorstep .

I ordered one from Knifeworks (one of the only stores thatll still ship to NY.) Finally I'll grab a superblue!!!! I have to decide whether I want the other superblue knives. Theyll be frn though.

Always carry a knife, but if I go some where that carry is prohibited, like nyc, courthouse, stadium etc, I still always have a flashlight and a pen on me. I've been being good about not spending money on knives I don't need lately. But the Native 5 has always been on my radar for its size, sleek looks, and blade steel. So if a lighterweight frn version comes out...I'm going to have to buy one immediatly lol. It'll become a new edc for sure.

Best knife for a young scout IMO is a Victorinox SAK. It is pretty accepted, not going to scare people and is very useful. Plus its cheap so it he loses it or somehow breaks it, its not too much of a big deal. Its also small and easy to carry. Not to mention all of the features. I use to do wood ...

A zero grind would only work on certain knives. A Para 2 would be to thin IMO and would chip and roll too easily. A knife I really want to see with a zero grind/convexed edge is the Lionspy.

NYC cops are being told that any blade is notok to carry. If you are even caught with a SAK, you may not get a serious summons, but it will be taken away. You really can't carry anything. If i had to choose between the rest of those, and I had to pick one, it be the delica. Great size, and its really a legendary spyderco. No collection is complete without a cheap run of the mill delica. Then I'd say Manix 2 and the Caly. I think then you have a very nice Spyderco collection.

Don't mean to hijack the thread, but if any of you have them could you please post a picture of the orange CountyComm ladybug, and the yellow H1 for a color comparison pic. I'd surely appreciate it.

The Ladybug is freaking awesome. I love mine, especially in H1 steel.
