The absolute easiest way to do it (my opinion) is to go to harbor freight and get their 4 pack of cylindrical diamond dremel bits. I think the pack is just a few bucks. The funny thing about that comparison is that the G-10 version of the Delica had much larger liners than the FRN version. The Para already has minimal liners, so you're not going to save nearly as much of the weight... Not nearly as much as 22% is probably nothing.

It is a pretty amazing knife. I've wanted a knife just like this for a long time, I just didn't know it.
