Seems kinda pricey. Flytanium is about to start selling some in Ti as well: https://www.instagram.com/p/By7x4NyhdBu ... hare_sheet
It has a redesigned jimping pattern and ramp angle to allow easier grip.

Any chance that spyderco will come out with a karambit folder any time soon?? i love the shape of the original spyderco karambit....wish there is a sturdier version of the knife.

i have both, and my vote goes to the caly 3 cf. fit and finish wise, caly 3 cf is a step above the sage 1...maybe due to the fact that it is made in Japan instead of taiwan (where sage 1 is made). the cf on the caly 3 also feels more high quality.

i wanna see the cold steel's tri-ad lock on all spyderco's lock backs...because the tri-ad lock can get rid of the up&down play on the lockbacks.

new knife idea

I have always liked the bowie blade shape...but seems like spyderco does not have any bowie style folder in production right now. i have always loved the chinook I and renegate. maybe design another bowie folder like the chinook I?
what do you guys think?

Mid size Police / Rookie?

does spyderco have any plans on producing a mid side knife for the Police / Rookie series? around 3.5" blade. so right between the rookie and police.

1. no liners
2. choil
3. bring back the delica 3 blade tip. no sheep's foot

don't forget the whole purpose and design philosophy of the knife - LIGTHWEIGHT
therefore making the knife as light as possible should be the first priority... not strength....so liners are not necessary.

ps: maybe base ...
