I should be OK. My doctors monitor me all year and if I call them they take me in immediately. They had me running on a treadmill less than a month after a 3-way bypass and new aortic valve. I also have cardiomyopathy and heart failure.

Does anybody wear fitness trackers? I started my fitness journey(after more than a few years of being sedentary) this
year and I had to watch that my heart rate wasn't getting too high so a fitness tracker looked like a good investment.
