Nice test, xav :) Glad your ZDP didn't crack ;)

If you need a sheath in a hurry, I have a spare pouch sheath for a Mule that you can have. If you'd like it, PM me your address and I'll stick it in the post.

Nice piece of leatherwork, Hector :)

Did you use the plastic insert from the original sheath?

A public "thank-you"...

... to the lads and lasses at the SFO.

When I ordered my S35VN Mule, I was also going to order a replacement clip for my UKPK at the same time, to save on the postage (to the UK - prohibitive for the clip on it's own) - I had asked the question of Charlynn at Customer Services, who had forwarded my ...

Mine arrived at work today - "oohhh shiny!"

"Oooooooohhh, sharp ..."

Slightly odd finish, as some others have mentioned, if only in comparison to previous Mules. I presume there is a sensible reason for the change?
It now needs to wait until I have some workshop time to put some scales on.

Not to the UK, unfortunately, otherwise it would definitely have been worth ordering 2, or even just adding a ceramic slip stone :(

Hmmm - should I have bought 2? Would have made the shipping cheaper per blade, but too late now...

Now looking forward to Mule 6 and my fluffy ZDP Mule arriving  - fingernails being chewed already

Not long to go now...
Will I be awake at 3am local time? Probably not - I have to go to work tomorrow
Will there be any left by the time I wake up? Hope so

EDIT:

Drat! Got that wrong - MST is GMT -7, so it's 1700 local time, not 0300, and the SFO site is blocked at work

It is just up the road from me, which might be why I made the mistake. I turn just after it, to go to my mentor's knife shop.

That would explain it :)

Nope ;) , my US geography isn't that good... I just thought, "Where is Westmond?" and Googled it
