OK, its almost 2am and I cant sleep. I just checked and there are 59 people on the forum right now. What is everyone doing up? Its 5am east coast US. I would hope that all people on line are international since its Saturday morning for them...

Last time I looked, it was less than 10 members and a bunch of "guests". Most of the "guests" are probably bots from Google and all the other search engines. Can only speak for myself, but I'm an early riser and have been all my life.

It's only just after 9:00 p.m. here in the Far East, but I'm often on here at all hours of the day or night. I don't usually sign in, just lurk with the guest 'bots The Deacon mentioned, I guess.

At the moment, I'm still buzzing from the Seoul Airshow I saw earlier today. Awesome, truly awesome!

Looking at the time of your post, it was 0953 here, so I was browsing while waiting for the chimney sweep to turn up at home.

As usual Deacon, you are right. I did not look down to see what members were online (gotta give me some break, it was 2am...). Right now, I see 63 viewing and 'only' 15 members logged in. I get partial credit for guessing that some members were outside US and therefore morning for them (regular morning, Deacon - not 5:25am on a Saturday :D ). And partial credit for giving something for our nightowl brothers to read... :p .

I was on around 0200 this morning. Given the choice I would be up until 2-3 AM every night, but with school and work I can't do that.

You posted at 0253 here... I went to bed at 0300.
Usually I'm online til 0200, but my laptop is always on and I probably have something open on my work computer right now too.

I work nights, and time permitting I like to check the forums in the wee hours.

I am online a lot at night as I have insomnia. I check all the forums. What is "sleep"?

Looking at your original timestamp, your first post was near 8 pm Sydney time. Definitely before my bedtime.

So, at 2am Saturday morning California time potential forum viewers include: West Coast insomniacs, East Coast early risers, folks in the Americas who went to bed without logging off, folks from most of the rest of the world for whom it's daytime, and bots. Adds up pretty quick. :D
