I don't often have a use for a big knife - My Caly3 CF gets 95% of all pocket time, love the knife - but MAN the Szabo is just SWEET - Great grind, and just one mean looking motherf*****. Will prolly pick up the Ti Chaparral and/or the Damascus Caly 3 first, but the Szabo may be worth the 1% pocket ...

I'll be all over it either way, but if Spydercos' making the knife premium with the CF, might as well use the premium steel too! :cool:

Well the Tasman and Spyderhawk don't have the same exact handle as the Delica and Endura respectively, so maybe they could just modify the Dragonfly handle to accommodate the hawkbill?

Or would that be too much work since it would involve the production of an entirely new FRN handle?

Does anybody have a feeling for blade length? 3.0"? 3.25"? 3.5"? I'm hoping close to 3" to keep it somewhat socially acceptable as an EDC, as I love wharnies and WANT an excuse to buy this knife... :)

The Balance and the CF Chinese are must haves for me - always like the Chinese blade shape but not the coated Al scales, and the CF Balance just looks like the perfect small knife. And the maroon Shabaria too - had a original Shabby I've always regretted selling. A very non-intimidating big knife ...
