Is there any way to "zero out" a tester like this? Does it come with a steel sample of a known hardness to verify any kind of accuracy? Well you don't see anybody using them because that's not the right tool for the job. Leeb impact testing is not the same as Rockwell Scale C testing, the conversion is not going to be accurate enough for us to have the conversations we want to have about X hardness vs Y hardness on knife A vs knife ...

Got mine today. First Roadie for me, but I like it a lot. Very slim and lightweight. Gonna have to give it my own edge.

Any observations of brittleness or chipping? Broke down a bunch of boxes yesterday to recycle with the REX121 Sage. The PM2 is my favorite. The ergos, the blade shape, the size, the lock. No matter how many other designs I try, I keep coming back to it.

Just took delivery of an Urban that had the description on the site I bought it from advertising N690 steel, but the steel on the box and blade is indeed M398. Nice surprise as M398 is a pretty big upgrade from N690 in terms of wear resistance.

Got a couple emails about it. Between the recent PD#1 sprints, REC Para 3 LW, and a couple other things I picked up, I'm a little tapped out. Hope everyone else finds some good stuff during the sales.
