Today i bought really awesome thing called POWERBALL, it´s hand training gyroscope, hard to explain :D but more info about this **** thing is here: http://powerballs.com/
These unique instruments generate massive force and put the shoulders, arms and wrists of the user under big pressure - making them ideal for fitness enthusiasts and virtually every kind of sport imaginable.
have one of those suckers by the couch upstairs... try to go for 10min without stopping, bet you can't :p
Coffee before Conciousness Why do people worry more if you argue with your voices than if you just talk with them? What about if you lose those arguements? Slowly going crazy at work... they found a way to make the voices work too.
Its a cool toy, I have to admit, but personally I think it is more of a gimick as far as hand and wrist strength is concerned. Not to bad for endurance excercise, but for improvements of hand and wrist strength I would go with good old fashioned progressive weight resistance training. Ironmind offers many, many products, specifically designed for hand and wrist strength training. A simple sledge hammer will do more for your wrist strength than the powerball.
i have one of those and like it a lot. I have had it for a long time, and i stopped using it for a while because i couldnt get past 13000 rpm. I recently started using it again and think i will be able to pull it off :p
