Today i bought really awesome thing called POWERBALL, it´s hand training gyroscope, hard to explain :D but more info about this **** thing is here: http://powerballs.com/

These unique instruments generate massive force and put the shoulders, arms and wrists of the user under big pressure - making them ideal for fitness enthusiasts and virtually every kind of sport imaginable.

Awesome device! Really I recommend to all!

I've played with one of those. They are EXTREMELY addictive, but quite fun to use. :D

Sigh. One could really inject a lot of adult humor and innuendo into this thread...

Remember the last time that happened? Oh Karen...

I've been looking at them recently. Might be getting one soon.

Its a cool toy, I have to admit, but personally I think it is more of a gimick as far as hand and wrist strength is concerned. Not to bad for endurance excercise, but for improvements of hand and wrist strength I would go with good old fashioned progressive weight resistance training. Ironmind offers many, many products, specifically designed for hand and wrist strength training. A simple sledge hammer will do more for your wrist strength than the powerball.

Hi Sia, thanks for the infos. Every day I learn something new, never heard of this item before. I think I'll stick to the dumbells though... ;)
