Threads of this nature serve only to build animosity. What someone else does with their knives is their business. Not mine. If they want to give then away great. If they want to collect them great. If they want to sell them below their cost, great. If they can sell them for 10 times what they paid, great. It really is none of my business what someone else does with their knives. Thank you Spyderco and crew for bringing us such functional art. :D I'm quite sure everyone on the forum appreciates it. :spyder:

Def should shut down this thread if we arent talking about the topic and instead talking about each other. I know u got nothing else so u may not be beating a dead horse anymore but u sure are trolling at this point. And before u lay blame on others like myself, as always Im here to talk about knives, the topic and not you and your silly pictures. Child with knives, not sure you are mature enough to have them.

Picture this. Stay on topic or stop trolling. Make that into a meme.
This thread was poor - you just trashed it, right? - did you need to start throwing personal insults around? Come on, grow up.

How can I win when you keep comming in and posting your famous last words? And how is this too juvenile? It kinda seems like it is just your speed. You will never convince me that you don't love this. Post count kinda speaks for itself.
Sorry about my opinion sucking, I can't even remember what my opinion is or was at this point. But I have had fun with you and FCM. You guys are always good for some entertainment on a boring day.

BTW, your opinion doesn't suck. I'm still on the fence about your atitude, but it's impossible to tell on the web. For all I know, you could be a teenage girl in Canada. (No offense teenage Canadians)

FCM415 wrote:Yup I agree, like I said on the first page it's a good thing for Spyderco that there is such demand. Sal's comment I shared pretty much sums up what the company will try to do about it. Funny how peple so vehemently FOR flippers have not once addressed Sal saying he's not thrilled with and I quote "scalpers".
LOL this thread still going??

I've seen you say several times that "nobody will address what Sal said", well, consider it "addressed".

When I buy a Spyderco, BM, ZT or any other knife from a dealer with my hard earned legally made money then as far as I'm concerned, I don't care what the company "thinks" I should be doing with MY knife. They made it and shipped it, that's where it ends.

Whether I want to flip it for a million dollars, throw it into a deep lake, or take a blow torch to it, its MY knife and MY decision and NO ONE else's to make. Their "concern" ends when I bought and paid for it with one exception: The Warranty, if it breaks or I have issues with it that aren't of my doing, then that's as far as I want the company to carry their "concern".

Stopped awhile ago, but some of you still want to keep going even after your buddies said stop. Of course your side wont get scolded to stop even when your positions are more extreme than just not being thrilled with it.

chuck_roxas45 wrote:Hey Blerv, I posted Mr. Glesser's opinion, not for the flippers, but rather to inform the thread participants that their opinions matter less to me than Sal's. Since only Sal is in the position to do something about the situation if he so desires, his opinion is all that really matters. The "capitalism" and "entitlement" are just protesting because I think.they don't want any changes. If they don't really care one way or the other, then they can just ignore threads like these just like I don't really look at threads on.topics or knives that have no attraction for me.
 Yeah, that's it.
