I can see the moonglow on Jester or LB salt, perfect for fishing in the dark. :spyder:

Moonglow would be my choice.

Only Sal could, and we do know that he doesn't give dates anymore, because time has shown there may be delays which causes displeasure with some forumites when given release dates have to be postponed.

But I tend to say "don't hold your breath" :D it might be 6, it might be 3 or 12 months until one of the manufacturers will have production slots availabe AFTER a decision about the model (material, design) was made AND according prototypes are done and evaluated.

Chances are we won't see the Jester sprint before 2012.... but Spyderco surprised us before... ;)

We're still working on prototypes with different color G-10 and textures. Not likely before the end of the year or early 2012.

I vote smooth.

And thanks for the replies Murdoc and Sal. That gives me a good amount of time to put some money aside for it ;)

This will be a very nice Jester. Gonna have to get a couple for family members and friends.

I believe that my wife wants one. But she doesn't know this yet :)

I just hope they will have a price point around that of the Ladybug. That would make it perfect.

Sal,

If you're still taking inputs, I vote for peel ply. I normally go for black, but gray sounds OK.

I think it would be awesome with the dark grey G-10 like the Lum, but not so much with light gray.
