Then I ended up in Golden, CO with a day off work. I headed to the Factory Store. Bought a Golden Native plain edge and a Tenacious plain edge as well as a few Byrds. Best of all, I was helped out by Ms. Glesser! WHAT A PATRIOT! As an Army soldier, I was so flattered by her patriotism and sense of duty to her country and countrymen.
I'LL NEVER BUY ANOTHER BRAND OF KNIFE! Pieces of the WTC, knives made for soldiers, products made for and by Americans were on display everywhere. I've never felt so proud to own an American made product.
A few days later, I found myself in Longmont, outside of Boulder. In the Twin Peaks Mall, in Naked Edge Cutlery, I found a Centofante C-25. $100, new in box. UNREAL! Sweet EDC, but I'm putting it away in the drawer. I'd rather carry my Tenacious or Native.
Next purchase, an auto!
