My wife took the call and ordered mine for me. It's arrived, but it's in California, and I'm in Virginia. I won't get to actually see and touch it until February 8.

PLEASE, someone post a picture.

Mine has not yet arrived, my wife fielded the call and didn't ask which number i was given. Oh well, I should know by tomorrow hopefully. Got my "patience" hat on, don't you know.

Thanks Patti, mine arrived today and I couldn't be happier with it (and the low number ).

#34 has found a home in my pcoket - I think my Delica is jealous Looks like I got two different pieces of the pearl inlay, the head on my Spyder is a different color than the rest! The head and front legs are kinda greenish, while the body is a very reflective silver... Kinda cute.

I got my #23 Forum Military via UPS yesterday, and I just wanted to thank Patti for the excellent service. Also thanks to the Forum members and the Spyderco staff that made this limited run a possibility. The knife is terrific, and I really like the Spyderco logo "bug" on the handle. I think this inlay might be very well received on other models in the future, if Sal and other at Spyderco could do it without significantly increasing the production costs.

Thanks again for the Foum Military.

WOW! The Forum Military is one sweet blade!
I got home from work on Thurs. and there were two packages waiting for me. The SFO package was the first to be opened and I wasn't disappointed at all. The spyder inlay is beautiful. Patti sent me #046 of 500. Thanks Patti! And a huge THANK YOU to Sal and everyone involved with the 2000 Forum Mil. You did a wonderful job!

The other package contained a C25GP w/ slide lock. Another beauty out of Golden. I'm glad I was able to get one as they have been discontinued.

Thanks again for producing such wonderful tools!

Greetings~
Well, you all did it! All the "Forum" militarys are gone (except for a few I have on hold). We will be getting in another 100 sometime this month. They will not have the "Spyderco Forum 2000" engraved on it, but they will be numbered. I have a new list started as we already have requests for the next batch.
Again, it's really nice to hear that you are all happy with your knives. I knew you would be

Thank you Patti and Sal, mine arrived today! I am curious about one small detail. The inset spyder logo looks as if it's split into two parts. The top reflects light as pearl, which it should, but the bottom three quarters doesn't relect light at all! Unless you catch it off at an odd angle, and then the top doesn't reflect.... is this normal?
I love the knife otherwise. A really beautiful job.
Thanks,
Windwalker

Thanks to Sal, Patti, Angela and all the team for all your work on this project. You've got some very happy customers out here.
