Been thinking some, and realize I said some things that I shouldn't have...

As far as Vincent goes...I hate his attitude, but do not hate the man. I know we're supposed to 'hate the sin, not the sinner', and I'm not supposed to hate the person himself. And so, I take my hatred towards Vincent back.

I still disagree with his attacks on another man's character when he does not know the full story, though I'm not trying to reignite a flame war, but rather to clarify my mistake.

Its not a mistake jim, you stand by what you think is right and I do what I think is right. Your right i shouldent judge him so harsly.

LOl that is going to be some day, for me at least.

Vincent, none of us is perfect; not Mr. Strider, nor me, nor you.

Check out Strider's knives...they might have something you like. Or they might not be for you. We can't all like every knife from every maker, and I realize that some people just don't care for Striders. But I think you can make a more educated decision after you've handled them, as you've said.
Thanks, Vincent.

Looks like this thread is having a graceful ending after all!

ahhh man, I was really dreading the end of this thread, it was getting worse and worse, all my thoughts on the superiority of Spyderco Forumites was going down the tubes, and then at the last page everything was rosey again. Better than a drama movie. Glad you guys "worked it out".... :D

What I really got from that thread over in BladeForums was how cool it was when ever someone mentioned an example of a company with top notch integrity and customer service, they always mentioned Spyderco and Sal. Makes me proud of my :spyder: addiction.
