I've been hoping for the same. Manix XL would be the dream but I'd be interested in any model just to try 3v with a Spyderco heat treat.
I second this.

I just ordered this one. I now wonder if it's legit. What do you guys think?

I'd be all over a 3V Manix XL, Police, Street Beat, Temperance or a new fixed blade design.

I'vw had really good results with my 3V SRK's and SRKC's, and in my experience Spydercos usually runs their steels a little harder and thinner than CS. I'd like seeing what they can do with the steel.
May you find peace in this life and the next.

I do love my Temperance CruWear SE, so much so I bought 2. It would be so much fun to try 3V SE in conjunction with the Temperance's gorgeous serrations and a good Spyderco heat treat.

I know this sounds crazy, but 3V would be excellent for a straight razor.
