My "sweet spot" for EDC is 2.95"-3.25" blade length, and I pondered the LeafJumper as my first K390 blade for weeks. What ultimately cast my decision for the larger Stretch 2 is two distinctions:
  • The Stretch 2 has jimping on the thumb ramp (as well as of course, the 50/50 choil), which in the Sage and Native 5 greatly improves my confidence in the grip (if not my actual grip). In the LeafJumper, the thumb ramp is left smooth.
  • The 1.5" of the Stretch 2 sharpened edge nearest the ricasso is nearly as flat as a true wharncliffe. The material being cut isn't being drawn away to the tip or towards the ricasso by the edge curvature. I like leaf blades in the Sage and Native 5 too, but wanted something different.
Collection: Kapara & Sage 2 in S30V, Stretch 2 & Dragonfly 2 in K390, (soon) UK Penknife Salt in MagnaCut
Wishlist: SpydieChef, Native 5 (S90V)

If the LF sells so well as the posts here would suggest, I would not be surprised if we would get an XL version later down the road (like it happened with Stretch). I will be getting LF later this year.

There is already a prototype called the Sequoia.

FINALLY someone else mentions this too... :clinking-mugs ;)

....(I do it all the time. The long, totally straight, wharnie - ish section in the edge before the belly rises of all Stretch variants is one of the main reasons why I like this platform so much. Just transfers power and cuts better in most tasks (that I do) than a continuously curved edge
Also one of the reasons why the Stretch is not an "FRN backlock PM2" for me (PM2 having that curved edge))
Top three going by pocket-time (update April 25):
- EDC: Endela SE (K390). Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10), Chaparral SE (CTS XHP)
- Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Endela SE (K390)

I have both and the grip for me is better on the Stretch but fit and finish and action on the Leafjumper is much better.

Have both, carry both. The Stretch 2 was a natural progression in carry refinement from my Endura that was 10-15 years old. Wanted to get something in a FFG, K390, and a slightly short blade than the Endura (I had to grind the tip of my Endura down to 3.5"). The Stretch 2 is all that and more. The only thing it lacks is the option for the Emerson opener, which I love, and can be remedied via aftermarket options.

The LJ I was gifted, and is serrated K390. Absolutely devastating cutter. My opinion? Get both. Get a Stretch 2 K390 and a LJ K390 serrated - both are very different and can/will serve different functions. The LJ is smaller and the build quality is high. The S2 is a tad bigger, pointier, and can add more versatility. Quality on these is a little more mixed than the LJ, from what I have seen and experienced. The first Stretch 2 I handled at the SFO was smooth as butter. The second one I handled months later was rough and gritty. The 3rd and 4th were both awesome and the 4th one had a nice tight action and that was the one I ended up with.

It may make more sense to pick up the LJ right now since they are discontinued and will soon disappear. Plus, the discount on the price from various retailers having them on clearance is a no-brainer. Then, you can wait for a nice sale on the Stretch, which happens from time to time.
