Ran through 10# of potatoes and 10# of onions. Potatoes packed and ready for freezer. Onions are still caramelizing.

Such a great platform for the size range. My Spy27 model has re-energized my interest in knives again! Just yesterday I was fiddling around with it, along with my Delica/UKPK/Native 5. Gun to my head...I think I'd take the Sage LW.

Cutting up some old outdoor toy buckets the kids have had for years. The Delica would be my go to for slicing up boxes. The thinnest of the blade just makes it easier. The Military though cut through this thick plastic rubbery stuff with ease. I tried with the Delica out of curiosity, but it just kept binding up.

I find myself staring at it up on it's shelf sometimes, lol. I've really been into the avacados recently and the "Pacu1" ;) has been feeling neglected.

Got up to the mid 30s today, with just a light breeze and bright sun. Was fortunately able to get out and enjoy it with a 6.2 mile hike on my usual trails.

Spyderco Para 3 with CPM 15V blade steel was along for the ride.

No secret how much I'd finally love to see an SE option in the Manix 2 LW platform..

... but this exact version is just perfect "even" in PE...
