Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??
Thanks guys , Took some shots today that sort of went from nice and tidy to after ripping up 50 pound bags of corn for my Deer feeder . Light coming onto workbench made me want to take one last shot before cleaning. Dan

Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??
Yeah, one of the many really bad things concerning this forum is that the rules force us to actually read each and every post, regardless if we want to or not... Annoying, indeed...

Even more so since that way one has to witness how other forum members are enjoying themselves and are enthusiastic and excited about a knife.... and even in real use!
Hard to understand, definitely not like it should be (let alone on a knife forum!!) and actually a bit weird, right?
But at least you´re not alone.. I had to endure this too, can recall some guy talking a lot about certain Manixes, steels, Shaman Micarta scales and that kind of ugly stuff...

Ah, btw.: This one happens to be in my pocket today

Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??

It’s funny how many people wait till the last minute to order firewood @$350/cord when snow & ice is in the forecast instead of buying it for $250 in the offseason…probably gonna put off getting bread and milk till the roads are iced over too…what we tell them is try and remember in the future that crane work trumps fire

Daniel is cool. I always chat with him a bit when I'm there. Fortunately, it is across town for me and I don't get there often.SaltyCaribbeanDfly wrote: ↑Thu Jan 09, 2025 4:19 amBetDaniel, Kris and Jay are really cool, definitely my favorite local knife shop

I got my "go to" on me today Police4 with Micro Melt PD#1 steel and these awesome green scales I got from the guy in Ukraine.
Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??
that's one of the best looking Police folders I've ever seen! love that color combo. wish they'd do a sprint of every large knife in those same colors. I'd buy multiples of em all.

Decided to pair a small knife with a large knife today. Excited for the Recons to make a come back this year.
May you find peace in this life and the next.

Yeah... weird, a bit like it is with those folks who are excited about that Millie 2... you´d think no one ever made a 3-4 mm thick stock plain edge knife before...

I know this will be a massive disappointment for some...
... but no Chap SE today, instead this one in my pocket (city and castle of Salzburg in the backdrop)
