Wow, I liked the grey, but that color is a big upgrade.

Love this knife, been debating on a lighter color bronze cage and hardware recently.

Do it! I have a brass cage on one of mine with "sort of" matching titanium screws.

Titanium scales raise the M2 to whole other level. I just put mine on a few days back, loving it.
Agree! Looks great too!

Got my Gayle Bradley 2 today. This knife has been my edc since I got it. Absolutely love this knife. The blade geometry and M4 steel are great. The ergos are fantastic.

A bit of a side note... People say M4 is hard to sharpen. I would have to disagree. Just sharpened it for the first time last night and it wasn't hard at all. (I use the Work Sharp Precision Adjust) It really didn't take any longer than M390 Cruwear or 10V and it took a stupid sharp edge. Probably the best edge out of all my knives.

I tend to agree. Though I think it also represents the top of the bracket for high performance steels that are easy to sharpen and maintain with ceramics. After M4 you really need cbn or diamonds.

M4 sharpens easily in my experience. Not the fastest grinding steel but it doesn't burr excessively and responds well to a variety of mediums. I think it's one of the better balanced steels in terms of ease of sharpening & edge retention.

I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.
