This gem just showed up today, I couldn't be happier with how the scales look! Heard some horror stories about some being almost black with hardly any of the wood grain showing. This thing is beautiful on both sides, I feel very lucky!

Well, I missed the Ti Native and was about to pickup a Vrango, then I happened upon a Dodo...
The Vrango lost that battle!

Trying to get all the steel varieties of the Manix 2, and waiting on my BD30P and a Cru-ware Blades from Ebay. Haven't pulled the trigger on the 154/S90V blend w/CF or the Maxamet yet. I am also trying not to double up on scales/ blade colors. Just one more thing my wife does not understand.

Been out of the "game" for awhile...
Just got a Para 3 CF S90V 3 days ago.
Incoming at the moment are two Military TI/CF S90V...at $199.90 a piece from a dealer seemed like a super sweet deal for titanium and carbon fiber mixed with 4 inches of S90V :D

I was cleaning the excess oil off after receiving them and noticed one had about a 2mm dull spot towards the bottom of the edge... I about had a heart attack!!! I cried when my P3 CF s90v had a 1/4 mm dull spot on the tip... :) Other than that, the P3 has been the absolutely sharpest spyderco I've ever had...

Re: Which spyderco is in the mail?
I'm excited to be posting here again! :) Got a CPM S110V Military in the mail. It'll be a number of "firsts" for me - first large folder, first Military, first blade in S110V or really any high vanadium steel.
I debated for a long time between getting the S30V version and the S110V, and finally decided to go with the latter for its superior edge retention.
Can't wait for it to come. I learned one lesson though:
Never order a new Spyderco on a Saturday afternoon!!! :)

Pulled the trigger on a 204p Military today. I now have knives in 20cv (CS 4max), m390 (Kershaw Link), and 204p. That makes 4 Militaries lol. I need to calm down.

Ha ha! :D
It was a tough decision for me to go with the S110V instead of that KC 204p exclusive. Wish I could just afford to buy both!

I couldn't pass up on the forest green, they're close to running out of stock. I've also never used 204p steel. They'll be $250+ on the secondary market soon. I'll just have to sell some knives that don't make it into my pocket often enough to make up for it lol. If the Ti/cf model was in 204p instead if s90v (which I already have a good amount of experience with) who knows how much I would have been willing to pay, lol.The Meat man wrote: ↑Mon May 07, 2018 6:26 pm

Not a knife, but a couple MXG deep carry clips. One for a PM2 and the other for a Para 3...my god, the Para 3 carry is the worst I've ever seen or felt. Very surprised they released this knife like this. Obviously a nice knife and great seller, but that clip/lanyard positioning is awful. Would be nice if they could be like BM and send you a deep carry clip for free at your request, but the world is not perfect!

Agreed, no idea how a lanyard tube takes precedent over carry position. It's likely most everyone will use the pocket clip with fewer using a lanyard. Especially when said lanyard will be positioned out of the pocket to start.RickC27 wrote: ↑Tue May 08, 2018 7:00 amNot a knife, but a couple MXG deep carry clips.
