Thanks Ben,

And Joyce has sent me a very nice email response, with a contact person and toll-free number to call, and also offered to investigate the status herself if I would prefer. I just though t should post this info, so all could see that they are taking care of me.

I guess I should buy a ...

Thanks for the responses!

Ben, you say you wre "told at the time...", how? By email, or did you call them on the phone. That's just the kind of message I'm talking about, just an acknowledgement that the knife has been received, and an estimate of when I might receive it back.

And I'm not all that ...

John,

My 2 cents- STOP using the green Scotchbrite pads for _anything_ you don't want scratched. Get the blue ones, as was already suggested. I can scratch glass, ceramics, hardened steel, chrome, epoxy, etc. with the green pads. I think it's "criminal" that they sell the green ones in the grocery ...

Hello? I sent my knife in a month ago....

Hello Spydie-folks,

I sent my broken FB01 to the Golden, CO address you told ne to, and it was received a _month_ ago. Am I being unresonable to expect some sort of response, or status report by now? May I ask what is going on?

Hi Spyde-folks,

The Post Office says it has been a couple of weeks since they delivered my poor soldier, is there any status? Should I be getting some message about it by now? Just curious! :-)

Is there a special address, or should I just put "warranty" on the label? I will be able to get it back, won't I?

My FB01 broke, too easily!

Hello Sal, et al,

Hey, my beautiful FB01 Moran Featherweight broke, and way too easily!

I'm thinking today that these two "concepts" are not really choices, but two parts to a cycle.

We want things to be as simple as possible, and we will take complex routes to get there.

And there are side routes, like "we use four valves now for greater performance", where the emphasis is on ...

I'd love a sheath, too. I carry your FB01 Moran on my toolbelt everyday, horizontally on my front left. Being right-handed, I just reach across, and pull it out.

But there are circumstances here in Kalifornia, as well when active, were I'd rather carry a folding knife, and would love to have it in ...
