Don't buy one, because then you will want to buy another one. That what happened to me. I have bought alot of knives, but always come back to the military. They are not perfect, will almost, but they do alot of jobs real good. Good steel, light weight, locks real solid. What not to like? Great knife!

Serrated Military?
If a man has a plainedge, does he need a serrated to go with it? It probably won't take much convincing to get me to order one.

Military for the Seals?
I did a search on goggle for spyderco military, and it said thatr when a navy seal joins a platoon, they are given a combo edge, black blade spyderco military. Wonder if this is true?

Military D2?
Should a man get one? I have always liked D2,Dozier. I have a CFBG42 and love the knife. Does a man need another military? Think it would be neat to have one in D2, Bg42, and S30V, and S90V. Am I crazy?

Manix On The Way!
I had one a few years ago, and kinda thought it was to big, so I sold it. A few weeks later, I said, I sure would like to have that manix back. Order a new one the other day. Can't wait for it to get here. Does anybody else like them? :)

Caly III, How Strong?
If a man had to use the Caly on a 2 or 4 legged dog, would it be strong enough to get the job done? It sure is sharp enough, and it sure fits the hand good.

Whar Do You Like About The Chinook?
I sold mine to get the funds for another knife, but have already decided that I am going to have to get another one. This knife just feels so good in the hand. It seems to balance perfect in the hand, and cuts like a house afire. While I like the BG42 military for walks in the woods, it is hard to g...

The Ocelet seems to be the perfect size knife. Not to big,not to small. Need to take it to the woods, and try it out on limbs. A guy has been trying to sell me a blade-teck light weight, at a good price. It is not a spyderco, but I think I will buy it. My son has one, and it has been a heck of a kni...

I totally agree with what has been said. Their is a time and place to pull out a big knife. If I was going for a job interview, I would not pull out my military, and start cleaning my finger nails. I guess what makes me mad is all this political correct stuff you hear these days. Their is some good p...

Big Knives
People seem to be concerned about their coworkers not liking them pulling out say a military, or a manix. If you are law abiding citizen, why should you care? To me, that is what is wrong with this country. I even sometimes carry a gun of all things, with me. I really don't care if people like it or...

No More Spyderco's!
After getting a Caly III and a Ocelet, I wonder if I need anymore knives. Man, these are two fine knives. Also, you hardly know they are in your pocket. My son said the caly was the sharpest knife he had ever felt. It sure did come sharp! The Ocelet really carries good in jeans, and it does not even...
