Can anyone tell me why I don't get the E-blast? I add my name and email. I check my spam folder and spam blocker. I still don't know why I don't receive them.

So far in this thread, at least ten models (not to mention various color choices) have been put forth as possible forum knife contenders. I can't imagine that the good folk at Spyderco view forum knife selection time as anything more than an exercise in frustration. :D

I've used some Maxpedition gear for a few years, and have not had any problems with it.

As Deacon observed, it can be a little stiff initially, but everything I've used has broken in quite nicely. I have a backpack that get frequent use, and it is comfortable by my standards.
