Re: Polestar in bd1n?

I have a polestar. Great knife. But it has deadly competition. First off the tenacious it is not only the most known budget spydie it is also still a superb design and the maker has improved well over the years, and with its price tag almost half of the polestar well. it is not such a big shock that...

Re: Reveal, lack of anticipation, general thoug

Hi liquidcobra. I can relate to youre thoughts. Starting with an endura 3 (that was a whole lot of knife for only 50euro's at the time you could call the endura a beginner knife back Then :) now that fame at a wopping 130 euro or more has gone the way of the dodo  ) finding old spydies , gettin...

When it comes to being durable.
Only one knife stands out in my collection.
The original big boy C95 Manix! Now that is a knife build to last several lifetimes :D

Re: Why linerless?

Linerless knives have there good things but i find not every design should be linerless. All the manixes and chinooks should keep there liners those designs are not made to be LW. That is why de new lockback manix failed. If you design a knife to be bomb proof ( like the original manixes ) Then they...

Re: Prospects for more Manix 2 backlocks?

I would love a Manix backlock keeping the manix liners. Thinner yet sturdier. There are MORE than enough lightweight options. I love backlocks. Feeling exactly wat you said. I was hoping for a backlock manix and i was so glad spyderco did this for all our members on this forum. But the manix i my m...

Re: How can we get more women interested in Spyderco knives?

My girlfriend loves a manix and even has a mamba but here eyes are still set on a pink native :)
But she says covering spydies with something that sparkles will be a very good thought. :)

Re: Mourning for the brick and mortar stores

I went to the last store i know in my country today. And to my horror the amount of spyders dropped to 10 or so and all of them where us msrp + a 100 euro on top. Felt sick walking out of there :(

Re: Why all the Manix love?

Was the manix backlock not popular? I'd love to to see more manix backlocks. Well i was one of the forummembers wishing for a new backlock manix. But when it came out it was a total bust in my eyes i wanted a knife build like my original manixes not a native shaped like a manix :( yes i know the na...

Re: Why all the Manix love?

In have 13 manixes at the moment. Why? Since i first bought it it felt perfect and all still do. The Manix has hard use DNA and that combined with its cutting performences and the position in my hand makes it my ideal knife. I wish spyderco would make aftermarket scales for them then i would only ha...
