The Leatherman Sidekick is a really good value (I have seen them go as low as $22 :o ) and included the modern conveniences that Leatherman recently got like spring opening pliers, pocket clip and outside accessible blades.

I would love to know this as well! Because let's be honest, this is what the Manix2 should have been all along.

I would really like to see the Salsa, ATR, lil Temp Rhino and Phoenix brought back.

For some reason I would only like to see G10 in foliage green for the Delicas. I would take a nice color of FRN over black G10.

I find Elmax easier to sharpen than some PM super-steels. Not sure why this would be if it isn't at the expense of abrasion resistance. It certainly takes a nice edge. For some reason, it reminds me of CTS-XHP.

This is a pretty new steel but has been out for a couple of years now and I am wondering what your thoughts are on it. Spyderco has not done a lot with it (yet) but Kershaw has and for Christmas this year I got a Speedform II :D

byrd is a low budget line and I doubt if it will happen. This would make it more expensive and would be competition for the main brand. Also the customers looking for a low budget quality knife will be put of by the higher prices. I think byrd is well positioned and has his share of the market ...

Kershaw makes these basic torx sets. Works great for pocket clips and works on 90% of pivots (only a t6 and t8, no t10)

You can find them on ebay for about 7 bucks but if you have a Kershaw knife that needs servicing you can ask them to throw this in and they will ...

Give it some time and it will be easier to use. It will never be like an Axis lock though so don't expect it to get that easy to operate.

What are you talking about? The compression lock is the best lock on a folding knife I have ever used. It isn't even close.
