Calypso Jr. FRN

Beautiful design. Simple, linerless, and lightweight. The "fish scales" are my favorite FRN pattern.

Great find. I hope Spyderco brings back the Caly Jr. I agree that jimping is overrated.

How about a fixed blade knife? They will probably have much thicker handles.

I'm definitely interested. Dark blue FRN handles with a FFG blade sound great to me. FRN is a good handle material and would keep costs down compared to G-10.

Motorsport fan here, I follow F1 the most. Didn't see the last race, but good to see the Iceman take second.

Check out HDS. I have a Clicky and its my favorite light. Made in USA, high quality, rugged, runs on a single 123A, programmable, and multiple outputs.

I also like the 4Sevens Quark series lights.

The Para 2 is a great knife, one of my favorites too. I never got the first one either.

Nice mod on the end of the edge. Did you do that yourself?

S90V steel is not as available and expensive to machine. The upcoming South Fork may be S90V

I don't know about the heat treatment of H-1, but I doubt the heat from a lighter will do any good for the hardness of the blade.

I agree, the Salt series are great. Lightweight, yellow handle option, and titanium clip.

The ones I frequently use at the moment are at my night stand, desk, in my pack, in my car. I have a small home made pouch for the others not currently in the rotation.
