Re: Chaparral FRN CQI
Just got mine. I like it overall; the blade length is really impressive, and the thinness is great, but the lock is just as big a pita as everyone says. Is there a reason they don't add the dent in the lock bar? Is it too thin? Seems like it might have helped.

Re: Any reason we don't see a military in cpm-154?
What would it bring to the table? Is a very good steel but is in the same class as vg10, ats 34. Other than being an excellent edc steel on a proven platform for excellent steels, I don’t see what else it would need to”bring to the table.” Not every sprint blade needs to be maxamet or rex level; I ...

Any reason we don't see a military in cpm-154?
I recently got a manly peak in cpm-154. It's really cool, though obviously the blade is spyderco military derivative. Mostly it makes me wonder why there is not a military in cpm-154. Seems like it would be a good fit. Would love to see it in OD/foliage green g-10. Is there a reason we don't see cpm...

Interesting to see these are from the Italian factory, as the last ones were from Japan, right?

I like the chief a lot. It somehow reminds me of the jd smith, a sprint a really regret passing on several years back. Also like the look of the endela, and the p4 ltwt.

Re: G10 UKPK officially makes a return! Heinnie Haynes Exclusive
Looks amazing. Will keep my orange one company! I like how they put their logo on the tang instead of huge and across the side of the blade. Very tasteful. Totally agree. This and the subvert are prime examples of utmost taste in maker’s mark placement, and I think we need to say this often. Thank y...

Re: Subvert C239GPOR
One thing I haven’t seen mentioned, but deserves some praise, is how incredibly tasteful and subtle the maker’s marks are on such a stunning blade. There is so much room, they could have written any kind of nonsense, but true to form they kept it discrete and classy. Thanks for not writing insane st...

Re: The Spyderco "Tusk II"
I'd be interested in this. I have the AG Russel you mentioned in stainless steel and vg10, and the blade on that one is terrific. Would love to see the tusk with a similar sized blade. Honestly the AG Russel blade reminds me a lot of the delica wharncliffe. Just slap that thing in the tusk handle an...
