Over on USN, Sal stated they would be a regular production made in Golden.

You can always send it back to Spyderco to be re-profiled. I've chipped the tip of my Caly 3 and sent it back to Spyderco to be re-ground. They do a great job but it may cost a few buck and you'll be without your knife for a week or so.

My current EDC knives are my Sage CF and my Delica FFG and I love them both. I've EDC a delica for about 2 years now and have a matching trainer that I use for MBC training.

I picked up the Sage about 2 weeks to add to my collection but was immediately impressed by the overall design of this knife ...

The back is closed with a G-10 spacer that is fitted so well it looks like the handle is one piece.

It's a Spyderco Barong by Ed Schempp and they are discontinued.

Great overall design. I would love to get one but I've spent way too much on other designs this year and still have some inbound as we speak. I saw one go on the bay for $90 the other day. If I could snag one for that price point I think my pocket would magically disburse the cash need :p

Kifeworks also had a preorder list as of two weeks ago or so. Your best bet is to try and call the dealer if email does not yeild any results.
