Been a while since I last posted, but felt compelled to commend Lance and Spyderco on a great knife in the Siren. A real shame it has been discontinued.

Tight finances have mostly kept me out of the knife collecting game in recent years, but I picked up the regular siren a while back to take ...

I must say that as a fan of traditional knives this one really spoke to me. I think it is my favourite out of this year's catalogue. Sal did a really great job on the design - really captured the spirit of the knife and spyderco.
Hopefully there will be a scaled down version in the next couple of ...

The only negative things I've heard of Moki was the lack of a laser to cut the holes, which lead the Caly to need a laminated blade. Also, the detent mis-aligning on the Starmate.
there were few more comments/observations about Moki. Gritty actions on Calys within last few years. Also Kopas, Moki ...

Schempp bowie for me, a great re-interpretation of a classic knife. Let's hope for for Schempp barlow or sodbuster in 2017!!!

I'm loving my kiwi 4. Big fan of the original and this one is great. The handle especially is super comfy and thin.
I wonder if the handle design could work with a blade shape with the bit of belly? A nice long thin clip or drop point!!

what about the kiwi? I edc a ss one i find its perfect, cuts great, fits in the hand great, locks up strong. barely even know its there until I need it

I'm partial to frn over g10 myself. The only model I'd like to see is a slipit kukhuri :D

I may be sick but i like my knives less than perfect, makes me not feel guilty about using them hard.

I really like the Rock lobster design as well mate, I just ordered one so ill take some when it gets here. Its coming from the states so no guarentees how long it will take. I'm sure somone else will pitch in some in the mean time.

post pics of how it turns out mate, my d2 para has developed a very light splotchy patina of its own accord, i was thinking about using some vinegar to even it up over the whole blade.

I love my leatherman crunch. It came down to That or the skeletool and with all the car work i do, the locking pliers sold it for me. I ruled out the Wave and surge as being too bulky for me.

I concur, had multiple multitools but the crunch is by far my favorite, the locking pliers are excellent ...
