Thanks for the info guys. Knife was advertised as used, in excellent condition but not modified ($80). I agree Murdoc, it looks like the person took his time and it actually feels pretty ergo in hand. Almost fooled me lol. Think I will prob return it though, and put the funds toward a like new one ...

Is this Caly 3 modified?
Took me awhile to find but just got another G10 Caly 3 in the mail. Thing is I dont remember it having the smooth recessed area on the G10, right near the spyder hole. So has this Caly 3 been modified? Any info would be appreciated, thanks.

I love how thin and light the Military is, carries that way too for such a big blade. Best slicer so far for me with FFG and of course, convenience with spydie hole. Most of all though its the ergos for me, I have medium sized hands and it is comfortable in every single grip. It is a little big for ...

Only Benchmade I liked was the 710 and 707 (looking for a 705). 710 is nice but a bit large for edc, 707 is a good size. Nice knives but I liked the Spyderco alternatives better eg. Military compared to 710, spyderhole and liner lock is more natural for me than axis lock. For ergonomics and pure ...

I prefer the Military, I got two and sold my Para. Large useful blade and super comfortable handle in a slim profile. Para to me is a medium knife, not the smallest for EDC and not the biggest for larger tasks. I use my Millie for everything but like to carry something smaller for EDC like a Calypso ...

Get a Military. It's a Spyderco staple, and I firmly believe it to be one of the best folding knives you can have for any task. It's different enough from the Delica that they shouldn't compete too hard for pocket time.

I live in New York City and no, not really worried.

I picked up the regular Millie a week ago and LOVE it - perfect design, blade shape and handle. I liked it so much I decided to get the digi camo too. Just received it today and so far its OK, its starting to grow on me. But I dont think I will be getting another digi camo knife anytime soon. Design ...
